Terms and Conditions

WHAT YOU SEE: Jabulani Designs has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. I am fully aware that colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitors that they are viewed on. However,in "real life" the colours and make up of the various beads together with the diamante findings are FAR MORE DAZZLING THAN THE PICTURES MAY ACTUALLY SHOW!

PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS: Jabulani Designs accepts most credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Discover card via PayPal which is safe and secure to use. If you already have a Pay Pal account you can pay for an item directly from your bank account, if this is what you would prefer to do. If you are shopping outside the UK, Pay Pal will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency

JABULANI DESIGNS reserves the right to refuse and decline orders that do not pass the Pay Pal “address verification system” and does not process or dispatch orders to P.O. Box addresses. Cheques will also be accepted, if this is the mode of payment you prefer – I would ask you to please make contact by email first. Also, - and this is the important bit - please be made fully aware that items will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Postage & packing is automatically added at the ordering stage All items will be in 100% excellent order – by this I mean not broken or damaged in any way – and will be securely wrapped, first of all in a layer of bubble wrap, then put into a padded envelope for extra security. All packages will be clearly labelled & printed with the destination address. All items will automatically be sent via Royal Mail: RECORDED 1st Class "signed for". This will give you a proof of posting, your item will need to be signed for on delivery, and an on-line tracking facility is available via www.royalmail.com. Should you need to do this, please request the tracking/tracing number from me. Most items, according to Royal Mail, will be delivered the next day, but do please give it two days – just to be on the safe side! Also, in the event that there may not be anyone at your home address to take delivery when the postman calls, and you would prefer your order to be sent to your place of business where it can be signed for – then do please remember to let me know!
The cost for this service, to include secure packaging, is as follows:
EARRINGS @ £1.50 AND ALL OTHER ITEMS @ £2.00
I have kept my postage down to a bare minimum, but the pendants, pins, bagcharms, bracelets and necklaces are that much heavier than the earrings and therefore cost more to send. Also, please be made aware that Royal Mail DO NOT pay compensation for jewellery or other items of value sent via the recorded "Signed For" service. If you would like your item sent via "Special Delivery" instead (therefore insurable), then please request by email.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Shipping to be advised and depending on which country. Please request postage costs and services available. Please also allow up to 28 days for delivery.

DISCLAIMER: Jabulani Designs cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that any package/packages and/or item(s) get lost or damaged in transit.

PRIVACY POLICY: Jabulani Designs is fully committed to protect your privacy at all times. I do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information about my clients to any third party. I do require your contact details (address/phone/email) so that I can contact you should there be a need to do so.

I aim to achieve a personal and friendly approach in any communications with you. If there is a problem with any of your Jabulani Designs items, do please let me know as soon as possible in order for the problem to be rectified and to reach a satisfactory conclusion. I am a very accommodating person and will help to the best of my ability. I offer a “7 day no-nonsense” guarantee effective from the date of despatch. If any item is not to your liking, simply return it to the address on the despatch note you received with your item within the stated time. Your item will be refunded in full (excluding postage & packing costs) once it has been received by Jabulani Designs – or you could exchange the item for something else.
Please return items using the Royal Mail 1st class “SIGNED FOR DELIVERY” service, this will act as your own proof of posting/delivery. Jabulani Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. When returning items - please remember to include your name and address, and/or telephone number/email address, the date of purchase, amount of item and card details so that a refund can be made via Pay Pal. For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings. By placing an order with Jabulani Designs you agree to the terms & conditions above. Yours statutory rights are not affected.
