WHAT YOU SEE:
Jabulani Designs has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. I am fully aware that colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitors that they are viewed on. However,in "real life" the colours and make-up of the various beads together with the diamante findings are FAR MORE DAZZLING THAN THE PICTURES MAY ACTUALLY SHOW!

PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS:
Jabulani Designs accepts most credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Discover card via PayPal which is safe and secure to use. If you already have a Pay Pal account you can pay for an item directly from your bank account, if this is what you would prefer to do. If you are shopping outside the UK, Pay Pal will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. Cheques will also be accepted, if this is the mode of payment you prefer, I would ask you to please make contact by email first. Also, and this is the important bit, please be made fully aware that items will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared.

JABULANI DESIGNS reserves the right to refuse and decline orders that do not pass the Pay Pal “address verification system” and does not process or dispatch orders to P.O. Box addresses.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Postage & packing is automatically added at the ordering stage and is on most, if not on all items, included in the sale price. All items will be in 100% excellent order and fit for purpose, by this I mean not broken or damaged in any way and will be securely wrapped, first of all in a layer (or 2) of bubble wrap, then put into a padded envelope for extra security. All packages will be clearly labelled & printed with the destination address. Most items (depending on the item) will be sent via Royal Mail @ their STANDARD 1st CLASS RATE. Some (depending on item) will be sent 'RECORDED 1st CLASS SIGNED FOR' (please see Paypal form to determine type of postage). If 'Signed for' this will give you and me proof of posting, your item will need to be signed for on delivery, and an on-line tracking facility is available via Royal Mail. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. Most 'signed for items' according to Royal Mail, will be delivered the next day, but do please give it two days, just to be on the safe side! Also, in the event that there may not be anyone at your home address to take delivery when the postman calls, and you would prefer your order to be sent to your place of business where it can be signed for, then do please remember to let me know.
If there is a charge for P&P it will be stated under the item, and will be highlighted on the PayPal order form after you have hit your 'add-to-basket- button. Also, please be made aware that Royal Mail DO NOT pay compensation for jewellery or other items of value sent via the recorded "Signed For" service. If you would like your item sent via "Special Delivery" instead (therefore insurable), then please request for this service by email. I will then have the package weighed and priced and will let you know the additonal costs for the Special Delivery service.

Shipping to be advised, depending on which country it is to be sent. Please request postage costs and services available. Please also allow up to 28 days for delivery.

DISCLAIMER:
Jabulani Designs cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that any package/packages and/or item(s) get lost or damaged in transit. However, having said that, should your item arrive broken, then please make contact immediately and explain the problem. I am a nice person and will always help where I can.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR ~JEWELS~:
Even though every care is taken to securely attach each bead or charm to a chain (whether it be for bag/phone charms, bracelets, pendants, pins or necklaces) it goes without saying that care needs to be taken with your item. Most of the beads I use are made of glass and can shatter or break if not handled carefully - neither will any item appreciate being tugged at or man-handled . Please also keep them away from little wandering fingers. My items are not designed as toys and any bead, no matter how large/small, which may be interpreted as a sweetie to a small child, may cause them harm if they were to play with them. I certainly do not wish to get an email telling me that 'mummy's little darling' has choked or cut themsleves on one of my beads! I know I am stating the obvious, but rather this than be sorry. Most chains, wires and charms are plated items and will appreciate being cleaned from time to time with a soft silver polish cloth. Don't do the washing-up whilst wearing one of my bracelets or cocktail rings!
Remember, that most of the beads are made of glass (some acrylic) and won't much like to be in Fairy liquid :O)... Plus a knock from a large glass bead on one of your crystal cut glasses may result in tears! Also, take care with hairsprays & perfumes on wrists and neck as they may discolour the chains/wires/charms on the necklaces, bracelets, rings and dangly earrings.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Jabulani Designs is fully committed to protect your privacy at all times. I do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information about my clients to any third party. I do require your contact details (address/phone/email) so that I can contact you should there be a need to do so.

I aim to achieve a personal and friendly approach in any communications with you. If there is a problem with any of your Jabulani Designs items, do please let me know immediately on receipt in order for the problem to be rectified and to reach a satisfactory conclusion. I am a very accommodating person and will always help to the best of my ability. I offer a “7 day no-nonsense” guarantee effective from the date of receipt. If any item is not to your liking (which I doubt!) email me first to let me know why, then simply return it in tact, in the original packaging in which it was sent, to the address on the despatch note/business card you received with your item within the stated time. Your item will be refunded in full (excluding original postage & packing costs) once it has been received by Jabulani Designs...OR you could exchange the item for something else of your choice.
Please return items using the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class “SIGNED FOR DELIVERY” service, this will act as your own proof of posting/delivery. Jabulani Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. (see DISCLAIMER above) When returning items, please remember to include your name and address, and/or telephone number/email address, the date of purchase, amount of item and card details so that a refund can be made via Pay Pal or cheque. For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on earrings.
